Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are usually:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracked UK Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch, where available

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, location, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be shown clearly on our website or at checkout.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your email address and delivery address are correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

Damaged Items

Returns Address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

International Shipping

At the moment, we mainly ship within the UK.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, delivery times, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges will be shown or explained before purchase where applicable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges required by their country.

Legal Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times shown above. In line with UK distance selling guidance, goods should be delivered within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed with the customer.
